Skills and Qualities

  • At least 2 years food & beverage experience

  • Familiarity with reservation systems and POS

  • Ability to multi-task while being responsive and amiable to guests

  • Level-headed and efficient during high-volume/pressure situations

  • Sense of urgency: works hard and assists fellow team members

  • Awareness of skills necessary for all FOH & BOH positions

  • Outgoing & self-motivated: enjoys coming to work, interacting with customers

  • Passion for representing our brand: engaging, unpretentious, genuine,  happy

  • Desire to learn and grow with Basic Kitchen, career-minded and ambitious
