Job Description
We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join the opening BOH team of Basic Kitchen. You will be executing a dynamic, healthful, seasonal menu, so if you don’t think beet tartare is a typo, keep reading! We’re open brunch and dinner, always keeping it fresh and exciting. Lots of magic happening in our kitchen; candidates should be team-oriented, comfortable in a high-paced environment and eager to learn.

Skills and Qualities
2+ years in BOH
Awareness and adherence to food safety standards
Strong work ethic: works safely, in a clean and organized manner
Ability to take direction and eagerness to learn
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Skilled at reproducing consistent, appropriately seasoned menu items
Level-headed and efficient during high-volume/pressure situations
Sense of urgency: works hard and assists fellow team members
Outgoing, flexible & self-motivated: enjoys coming to work
Responsible, punctual, reliable. Desire to learn and grow with Basic Kitchen, career-minded and ambitious
