Join us at our monthly wine dinner as we celebrate wines from France's spectacular Loire Valley. Enjoy a special, prix-fixe, coursed menu designed by Chef Nick Wilber with artful wine pairings care of our friends at McCarus Beverage Company. The special wine dinner menu will be offered in addition to our regular menu, and does not require advance ticket purchase... But reservations are highly recommended!

Seaborn Oyster Duo w/2017 Courtault-Tardieux Pineau d’Aunis Rosé

On the half-shell w/watermelon mignonette and wrapped in cucumber w/warm Carolina Gold Rice cream

Southern Mushroom Rilette w/2016 Domaine de l’Ecu Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Orthogneiss

Served with grits bread and pickled champignon mushrooms

Savory Pear Tartine w/2016 Thomas Batardiere L’Esprit Libre Chenin Blanc

Served with arugula, goat cheese, black pepper, and honey vinaigrette

Duck à la Muscadines w/2016 Chateau Yvonee Saumur Champigny Rouge L’Ile Quatre Sous

Served with muscadine grape sauce, fresh grapes, and fennel

Lemon Sables w/2017 Courtault-Tardieux Pineau d’Aunis Rosé

Served with sabayon and apple & blackberry compote
