Get sweaty, eat brunch, repeat!
We've partnered with our pals at Exemplar Fitness to offer a monthly Sunday Sweat series the last Sunday of every month!
Each month will feature a different 45-minute, full-body workout, led by an Exemplar coach in the Basic Kitchen parking lot. Will there be battle ropes? Maybe. Medicine balls? Don't count 'em out. Kettlebells? It's possible. You'll have to come and get your Sunday Sweat on to find out!
Following the workout, we'll offer a special Sunday Sweat brunch menu, and hook you up with a lil' something special just for participating... You got up early on a Sunday morning and did something great for yourself - so, you deserve it!
